📝 Ingredients

  • 200g paneer (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
  • 10 cashews (soaked and blended into a paste)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander & saffron strands for garnish

👨‍🍳 Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  4. Add cashew paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Mix in milk and cream, stirring continuously for a creamy texture.
  6. Add garam masala, cardamom powder, and kasuri methi.
  7. Gently add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and saffron strands.
  9. Serve hot with naan, roti, or basmati rice!
