
Shahi Paneer Recipe

📝 Ingredients
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 2 medium tomatoes (pureed)
- 10 cashews (soaked and blended into a paste)
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander & saffron strands for garnish
👨🍳 Cooking Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- Pour in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- Add cashew paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Mix in milk and cream, stirring continuously for a creamy texture.
- Add garam masala, cardamom powder, and kasuri methi.
- Gently add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and saffron strands.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or basmati rice!
